Half Blazed was made by soaking the finest Evercure (buddacious) flowers in vinegar for the perfect amount of time. Then we strained the hemp out resulting in a sizzling "depth" of sauce. Among the fresh ingredients in this year's recipe are Ghost Peppers we grew on the farm. We planted 248 pepper plants and yielded 64.4 lbs of shiny red chilis. These sun pearling peppers were converted to ghost chili mash, used to elevate the sauce into something special. This collaborative, limited edition sauce was made possible by Pops' Pepper Patch, another Kentucky Proud Producer. Now are you ready?
